feeling: a bit annoyed
listening to: nothing
well it sure as hell seemed that way. and yes, you do have a right to be pissed off and to
complain, but you sure as hell don't have the right to take it
out on me. you wanted to go, then fine, you should've gone (with
or without me). but it's not my friggin' fault that you're
not 18 and it sure as hell ain't my fault that the tourney was
k-18. taking your anger out on me won't make you 18 any sooner,
either, so you can quit bitching at me and take it like the adult
that you (supposedly) are.
sorry.
--
dude, it's just a tekken tourney. get over it. there'll be other
tourneys. and if not, who gives a toss. i know i'm percetly
happy playing tekken by myself. i don't need to prove myself in
a tourney. besides, the idea of meeting that many new people
feels repelling to me. besides,
you have no right to be angry at me about not going. i can
make my own decisions when it comes to things like this, and it's
not your place to judge them. so sorry if you find that offensive,
but it's the truth.
hurr, i finally managed to link to maccie's journal. i've been meaning to do it
for ages now, but always forgot.
i wanna go home and play ff10.
oh, and HAPPY HALLOWEEN, EVERYONE!

feeling: dead

...school is hell, the bathrooms smell... ><
that is so true. i can't believe how tired i am today, even
though i just had a week long holiday and should in the best
shape of my life after doing nothing but eating and sleeping for
a week. figures i got too used to sleeping late and not having to
do anything meaningful. ¬_¬
but i gotta say, it was nice to spend most of my holiday at
grandma's. i bet i gained about 5 extra kilos during the five
days i spent there. :P but nontheless, it was a refreshing
experience to get away from the noise and pollution of the city
and be surrounded by trees for once. i can't believe how dark it
gets out there at night! O_O
i'm too lazy to think of anything sensible to blog, so i'll just
do this quiz i stole from riikka:

feeling: tired
listening to: visions of escaflowne - aoi hitomi, which is stuck in my head
a quiz-thingy, stolen from inanna:
"Answer these using the lyrics of just ONE band:"
bryan adams
1. are you a male or female?
some people never learn
my life ain't their concern
2. describe yourself:
here i am - this is me
i come into this world so wild and free
here i am - so young and strong
right here in the place where i belong
3. how do they feel about you?
now it cuts like a knife
but it feels so right
it cuts like a knife
but it feels so right
4. how do you feel about yourself?
on the edge of a dream
you know you are
on the edge of a dream
we've been waitin' for this chance to be free
on the edge of a dream
5. describe your girlfriend/boyfriend?
mama told me there'd be days like these
i shoulda known better maybe
woulda seen right through ya
i needed you like a disease
i ain't gonna cry over you
6. what would you rather be doing?
getaway - ya know it's now or never
getaway - nobody lives forever
we're only waitin' just to make you getaway
7. describe where you live?
under the starry skies - where eagles have flown
this place is paradise - it 's the place i call home
the moon on the mountains
the whisper through the trees
the waves on the water
let nothing come between this and me
8. describe how you love:
when you love someone - you'll do anything
you'll do all the crazy things that you can't explain
you'll shoot the moon - put out the sun
when you love someone
you'll deny the truth - believe a lie
there'll be times that you'll believe you can really fly
but you're lonely nights - have just begun
when you love someone
9. share a few words of wisdom?
life - as thin as a thread
sometimes you're lucky
sometimes you're better off dead
your first breath is taken and into the world you are cast
you long for tomorrow while living each day as your last
well i know what your heart desires
but you can't take it with you
into the fire

this is probably gonna screw up my tables, but who cares. ^_^
and yes, as riikka so
subtly (XD) put it, we have officially gotten out first snow
last night. there's only about 1 cm of it on the ground, but
enough to put you on a wintery mood. i didn't make my first
snowball today, though, which i regret. luckily i still have
time, unless the snow suddenly decides to melt away. which is
still very likely at this point, unfortunately. :(

14th october 2002
feeling: worried and anxious
listening to: nothing
our philosophy teacher decided not to show up. we waited for her
for 20 minutes and then left. it's all good, though. philosophy
lesson is the last thing i need right now. i can't stand the
subject and the lessons are so boring it's surprising i haven't
started to sprout cobwebs yet. profound thinking is good when
you're doing it on your own, but when you have to learn all the
different ways of thinking since aristoteles, it gets really old
really fast. i'm just happy that she didn't show up. unannounced
free-periods are always nice. ^_^
all in all, school is the last place i want to be at the moment.
i'm so worried about our cat, miiru. she hurt her leg yesterday
and was really sensitive about it all last night. she was very
careful not to put too much weight on her leg and she was really
reluctant to jump anywhere. and no, it's not just because she's
chubby that she doesn't like jumping. she used to do it a whole
lot before, nevermind her tummy. her walking had gotten better
over night, as mom said she didn't limp much when she came out
for breakfast this morning, so hopefully it's nothing serious.
we'll just have to wait a bit and see if she's still sensitive
about jumping tonight. if she is, we'll probably take her to the
vet sometime soon. i pray to ada it's nothing serious. i can't
even concentrate on anything in school today because i'm so
worried about miiru. :(
on a happier note, i'm totally loving ff6 at the moment. shadow

friday five:
(i know it's not friday, but who cares!)
1. If you could only choose 1 cd to ever listen to again, what
would it be?
hmm, toughie. probably either visions of escaflowne or
zone of the enders soundtrack.
2. If you could only choose 2 movies to watch ever again,
what would they be?
escaflowne: a girl on gaia and...hmm, probably
braveheart.
3. If you could only choose 3 books to read ever again, what
would they be?
either the lord of the rings or the farseer
trilogies.
4. If you could only choose 4 things to eat or drink ever
again, what would they be?
hot chocolate milk, lingonberry-black currant juice, salmon in
lemon sauce, hot chicken wings with rice. yam-MY! :)~
5. If you could only choose 5 people to ever be/talk/associate
/whatever with ever again, who would they be?
riikka, mom, dad, grandma
and inanna.
10th october 2002
feeling: weird
listening to: final fantasy 10 - suteki da ne
meh. finished ff10 yesterday evening, and all i can say is "wow!".
never did i expect the game to have such an unhappy ending. for
one, i was really thrown out by the fact that they let tidus
vanish. the whole time i was expecting that they'd come up with
something to stop him from "dying" after they beat yu yevon. i
mean, he was the main guy after all. it just seems unreal that
square would do something like that to their main character.
then again, square doesn't usually go for unhappy endings, either.
and ff10's ending was really really sad. it had be crying like
a little girl for several reasons. tidus disappering was one
thing. even though i wasn't so fond of his character, it was
still heart-wrenching to watch him say goodbye to yuna and then
jump off into...whatever it is he jumped off into. i almost got
a heart-attack when yuna just went through him when she tried to
hug him. that was an awful moment.
another reason was auron's sending. good lord how that scene made
me cry. i was extremely fond of auron's character (not to mention
his butt ^_~) and eventhough on some level i guess i knew he
would be sent at some point, i didn't want it to happen. that
scene was, to put it simply, beautiful. the way auron accepted
that it was his time to go was really sad, but also heart-
warming. and the way he "punched" kimahri before leaving was
just too cute. ^^ i wish the scene would've been an fmv, though.
i think auron would've deserved that. though i don't even dare
to imagine how much that would've made me cry. :P
the saddest thing, as riikka
alredy said, was the fact that i had to fight and kill my own
aeons. no words can describe how much that made me hate that yu
yevon-guy. imagine first acquiring all of them (which took a fair
amount of time, mind you!), then spending 200 hours maxing
their stats with the same thoroughness as you max out you party,
making sure they stay healthy and each in equally good fighting
condition as the other, and generally just considering them as
your babies throughout the whole game, and then having to kill
them with your own hands. wouldn't feel so good, would it? hell,
i think i was more emotionally attached to my aeons than to my
party. just having to fight them damn near made me cry, and
seeing them turn into stone and vanishing in the final fmv was
enough to have my crying like an idiot. for the 300 hours it
took me to finish the game, they were my babies, for cryin' out
loud! especially valefor, ifrit, ixion, bahamut and above all,
yojimbo. i even took extra care to keep yojimbo-kun happy and
his affection levels high. at times he would even do zanmato
without being payed, that's how good care i took of him and his
levels. and then i had to kill him. poor poor yojimbo. :( *hugs
yojimbo-kun*
this is the last time i'm ever doing that stat maxing thing,
though. lord, it was so embarrasing beating everyone with one
single hit. i had practically beaten the last seymour before his
battle theme could even start properly. i took him out with one
hit. one hit! ¬_¬ braska's final aeon took three. yu
yevon, the final (and supposedly toughest boss in the game) took
one. just one hit from kimahri and the guy was goners. and here
i was, worried that my stats might not be good enough for beating
the final boss. as if they could be any better than 255,
anyways... ~_~ but seriously, more than anything it was
embrassing going around slaughtering the final bosses with
one-hit-overkills. next time i play this game, i'm sure as heck
not going for a complete sphere grid or 255 stats. 9999 for one
hit will be more than enough for next time.
i still didn't quite finish the game 100%. i didn't beat nemesis,
for one. i was supposed to, but i needed to collect 10 of each
monster from inside sin, and i didn't know when i'm supposed to
turn back if i'm still going to do something before beating the
game. until it was too late, anyways. that icicle room was
hilarious. what the hell was its point? last minute weapon-
gathering? :P i guess i'm gonna have to do the stat maxing thing
at least once more if i'm going to beat nemesis and get clear
spheres. why i would need them is beyond me, though. i would just
set myself up for another embarrassing final battle with them.

--
the unreality quiz, from glass's blog:
1) what is your favorite unreal land? (middle earth, narnia,
raccoon city, etc.)
hurr...this is a toughie. prolly gaea, discworld and middle
earth.
2) what is your favorite unreal animal?
ngh. really unimaginative, but dragons.
3) would you be an unreal creature that must murder to
sustain itself?
certainly. it could be a little laborious to find new people to
kill, but sure, why not. wouldn't be a problem for me.
4) what unreal creature would you like to be most of all?
ngh. another toughie. probably an elf or a vampire. being an ent
would be nifty, as well.
5) how would you dress if humanoid, and popular style were
not a concern?
hmm...something involving a cape, a rather loose and dark green
in color. beyond that, i don't know. something ninja-ish, i
suppose.
6) in your own ideal world, what color would the sky be?
blue. i like the blueness of the sky too much to have it any
other color.
7) would it be a peaceful land or a war-torn one?
a little both. some places would be really peaceful and war-free,
but between some of the larger towns there could be some
skirmishing going on. but not a large-scale war.
8) what would be the government of this land?
kingdom. i like kingdoms.
9) how technologically advanced would you like it?
think visions of escaflowne. :P
10) what is your favorite unreal form of currency?
cathair. that unfortunately isn't a form of currency yet.
otherwise i'd be filthy rich. ^^
11) would you rather deal with robots/androids or living
beings?
if living beings means humans, then i'd rather deal with robots.
otherwise living beings, i guess.
12) what form of undead creature would you like to be?
a ghost. a real nasty poltergeist, at that.
13) would you take eternity as a ghost in the living world or
would you go into the light?
eternity as a ghost, of course! what's the fun in going into the
light, anyways? o_O
14) what is your favorite unreal language?
i'd have to say elvish. it's very pretty. ^^
15) what is your favorite unreal humanoid race?
i guess elves. they're woodland creatures and they have that
sort of inconceivable beauty about them.
16) do you have a bias against creatures with pointy ears?
i dunno. not really.
17) do you long for the future, or a return to the past?
toughie. on the other hand living in the past would be intriguing,
but there were all sorts of nasty stuff going on back then. the
future on the other hand doesn't look so bright if we keep going
at the pace we are now, but it would be cool to see space
colonies and mechas as reality. so i guess either really far
ahead in the future or really far back in the past would be cool.
i can't decide.
18) what is your favorite period in our reality's history?
ngh. i dunno. maybe the medieval times, like 1300-1400's. don't
ask me why.
19) what means of unreal transportation would you most prefer?
do mechas count as transportation as well, or are they just for
fighting? o_O
20) would you want to have wings? if so, what would they look
like?
damn right i would. i would have the kind black waltz 03 has in
final fantasy ix: big, black and beautiful. ^^
21) what would you arm yourself with?
probably a sword or a large bow.
22) what is your favorite magical spell?
THUNDERSTORM! *kwahahaa!*
23) would you rather have only one hand, one eye, or one foot?
one eye.
24) would you be a creature of the air, the earth, or the sea?
since fire isn't an option, probably a creature of the air.
25) would you enjoy being an immortal creature? Why/why not?
sure, why not. meaning immortal as in not dying of old age, but
still being killable. being unable to die at all would just
plain suck.

microgirl's first comment*

there is a god after all! ^o^ *dances around jehuty*
no kidding,
sis? really? and who might that be? ;P
once again i am proven right. i've always thought that you should
never expect anything to turn out well or get your hopes up over
things. that way you'll be less disappointed when you end up with
nothing. it may sound dreadfully pessimistic, but thinking like
that has saved from many heartaches and still continues to do so.
like with my physics exam today. i told you that i thought i did
pretty well on it, right? well, i was wrong. it went exactly the
way i suspected it would go: i think i do well, but in reality
mess up in the worst possible way. i guess you can figure out
that my exam didn't go very well. i got 6 as my grade, and those
of you who are familiar with the finnish grading system will
know exactly why. i don't know what 6 is on the american grading
system, but 4 would be the same as F, i think. you do the math.
anyway, i'm tired of twiddling this around in my head. i knew i
would screw up, and i did. end of story. thankfully the rest of
my exams have gone pretty well so far, with the exception of
swedish. i screwed myself over in that one, as well. i still have
one grade to get, and that's my geography grade. i pray to ada
that i did well on the exam, because it's the only one i truly
care about.
i just want to go home and get some sleep. i also want to finish
my new layout and start working on some fan fics i have in mind
(which no doubt will result in being even more lousy than my
mugetsu fan fic). anything but being in school. x_X

feeling: a bit dipsy
listening to: tekken 4 gaming sounds. yet again. :P
friday five:
1. What size shoe do you wear?
8 1/2 to 9 us, 7 1/2 uk, 41 european.
2. How many pairs of shoes do you own?
6 that i actually use. my black suede boots, celtics sneakers,
nike sneakers, zori (a type of japanese sandals), strap
sandals, my black high-heeled, thick-soled walking shoes.
3. What type of shoe do you prefer (boots, sneakers, pumps,
etc.)?
boots.
4. Describe your favorite pair of shoes. Why are they your
favorite?
my black suede boots, because they're comfortable and stable.
5. What's the most you've spent on one pair of shoes?
i dunno. mom usually finances my shoe-buyings... o_O
inanna, i completely know how you feel. but at least you've
got skill at drawing as well! i, on the other hand, am a total
loser when it comes to drawing. ~_~
tee hee,
riikka put up the word 'jehuty' on google, trying to find the origins for the
name (seeing as the names anubis, neith and nephtis are all of
egyptian origins), and she came up with my blog! silly, eh? eh?
eh...? *sweatdrop*
bleh, i'm probably the only one who actually finds that amusing.

feeling: tired
listening to: humming of the computers
we're supposed to watch an english film without finnish subs on
our english class and then write a review on it. we got to choose the
movie, well, to some extent anyways. i tried suggesting tim
burton's nightmare before christmas, but the teacher
wouldn't have it. she apparently thought the movie was a bit
stupid when i explained the basic idea of it for her (she had
never even heard of nmbc! :O). she insisted that we watch
as good as it gets instead. right, as if that was better
than nmbc. ¬_¬
sometimes i just hate my art classes, or to be exact, my
photography classes. i heard from our english teacher that there's
a staff meeting today starting at 1pm, and that no classes starting
after 1pm won't be held. though there will always be teachers who
won't take part in the staff meeting but who will hold the
classes anyways. like my art teacher. i hear she's like the only
teacher who is insisting on holding the class from 1pm to 3pm,
even though no other teacher in the school is doing that. our
group of 20 people will probably be the only ones at school then.
suckage. no sir, i wouldn't even have wanted to go home two
hours early on friday. what makes you think i would've?
*rolleyes*
i want a new layout. have i said that already?
2nd october 2002
feeling: headachy and tired
listening to: tekken 4 gaming sounds
wo-hoo, tekken 4 kicks mucho arse! it takes some time to get used
to all the new things (damn the new crouch!), but i'm definitely
enjoying it. though it does have its flaws. for example, the new
sidestep is inferior to the sidestep in ttt and not being able to
jump backwards totally reeks. they even removed yoshimitsu's
backflip, and i don't think i'll ever be able to forgive that.
awww, thank you! ^^ i'm glad you like our blogs. the
credit for the layouts is mostly due to riikka, though, since i have forgotten nearly
everything i ever knew about html-coding and i'm pretty much
clueless when it comes to using psp or photoshop. i'm learning,
though. in fact, i think i'm gonna start working on a new layout
in the near future. ^_^
ick. it's almost 7pm and i still haven't done my homework.
pathetic, ya? seeing as i decided that on this period i'm actually
going to do something to earn better grades, especially with
physics. figures. :/
