feeling: tummy-achy
listening to: Chiko-Chiko talking silly things to Miiru
Ahh, the joy that is periods. *dies*
I had a Gaara-dream. Again. This time it was about all the boys
in Naruto being wee kids and playing in a sandbox. Then Sasuke
had to go somewhere, and while he was gone, Gaara stole his
shovel and bucket. Neji got very angry at Gaara about it and
started chasing him. Gaara laughed (it was a cute, happy
laughter o^^o) and ran around the sanbox. It was so cute! ^_______^
Removing bodyhair with wax is 3vil. 3vil, I says! 3VIL!

So. We're officially going to Ireland in the beginning of July.
Mom just booked us planetickets for July 3rd. Major yayness at
that. Finally it's starting to feel like we're actually going,
and now I finally feel secure enough about this so that I can
start being excited. ^_^
Can't wait to get my cosplay started, seeing as Chiko-Chiko's is almost done. Wai! :]
*wants to braid sissy's hair so bad, but isn't allowed to* ;_;

feeling: slightly sleepy, otherwise okay
listening to: Silent Hill 3 - You're Not Here
*smooches Gaa-chan to bits 'cause he's so adorable* ^-^
Tee hee, watched ep 38 yesterday, and thank Lilith it actually
looked good! Yay! Also, there was Gaara in it, so that always
makes me a happy little Gaara-obsessee. Can't wait to see him
fight. WAI! o^^o And I still think he should've tripped Yoroi.
That would've been so priceless! XP
Not much to blog about. We've started making our cosplays - or
make that Chiko-Chiko's
cosplay, since her's is being done first. Her pants are already
done (as she so subtly put it XD) and her shirt is 70% done. It
would probably be finished already if we hadn't run out on black
cloth. Bloody marvellous. Now we'll have to buy more of it,
though it's not such a big deal as we have to go shopping for
black cloth for my Gaara cosplay anyway. In the meantime we will
probably be making my belt and gourd, so at least we're not wasting
time. It's all good. :]
Birthday meme, stolen from Inanna:

That's actually very true. >.>
23rd June 2003
feeling: semi-genki
listening to: Silent Hill 3 - You're Not Here
Hmm...long time no blog. Didn't feel very talkative with the
whole insident with Chiko-Chiko's
entrance exam. But thankfully that's now over and dealt with,
and more importantly, Chiko-Chiko is feeling much better about
it. So will not get into that anymore.
Then there was, of course, Midsummer. As always, we spent it at
our grandmother's place and had fun, though it was semi-rainy
most of the time. I missed our cats like mad even though we were
only gone for two nights. Hopefully they didn't feel too bad
about having been left behind. :/
Tch. I thought I had loads of things to say, but now I can't
think of anything. Figures... DX
Silent Hill 3 is MAD AWESOME! It does freak the living
daylights out of me, but nonetheless, I can't help but love it. I
guess horror stuff is slowly growing on me. >.> And is it just
me, or is SH3 a whole lot scarier than SH2? Or maybe I've just
gotten so used to SH2 due to having played it so many times that
the "not knowing what the hell is making that sound" -element is
sort of gone for me. Now I just enjoy bumping into Pyramid Head.
XD Which, by the way, is the only downside to SH3 - no
P-Head-butt. ;_; There also seem to be a lot of "things simply
meant to freak you out" in SH3. Like the answering knocking from
rooms that are empty, screaming mannequins (sheez, I almost died
from a heart-attack right there!) and bleeding mirrors. And
boy, don't I hate it when the hallways turn red and smudgy with
blood (I assume it's blood, anyway o_O) and end up looking like
the graphics had totally flipped out.
And as Chiko-Chiko said in her Deviant Journal, I, as well, will
never again feel comfortable around mannequins. As if they weren't
freaky enough as it is...
BTW...what is with the makers of Silent Hill and toilets? Every
game seems to have its fair share of blocked up, bloody toilets
and stalls that are locked and seemingly empty but have someone
knocking and/or screaming back at you when you knock on the door.
Just something I noticed, when disturbing yet another monster on
the toilet... 6_6
What a very disjointed entry.

feeling: fuming
listening to: Vanessa-Mae - Night Flight
Y'know, I always knew the people who select students for schools
are idiots, but I always thought they had at least some shreds
of intelligence somewhere in their heads. Apparently not. If
this is really how things are gonna turn out for my sis, I will
never again have faith in the Finnish school system and refuse
to take any further part in it.
For the selectors' sake, I hope the letter of acceptance is just
ridiculously late. Otherwise someone's gonna bleed. A lot.

I'm pretty sure Chiko-Chiko
and I have pretty much the same readership (and if anything,
Chiko-Chiko has more readers than I do), but I'm going to promote
her cause here anyway.
So. As you can read from Chiko-Chiko's blog for yourself, she's
been having problems with Windows Movie Maker. Some of the clips
she wants to use to make a music video simply won't work with
the program and it's frustrating the living daylights out of her.
Now she has figured out that the fault is most likely in the
movie clips she's trying to use and not in the program (I'm not
going to repeat what she said, mainly because I didn't understand
a word of it. Go read it for yourself.) The sucky thing is that
she doesn't really know what to do about it. So if you have any
knowledge or experience with Windows Movie Maker and/or know
something about movie file codecs,
help her out. Please.
It's not that much to ask.
11th June 2003
feeling: proud and accomplished
listening to: Naruto - Kakashi's Theme
Oh wow, go me! I actually drew something. 'tis Jecht. I realize
the anatomy is a bit off (among other things) but keep in mind
that I haven't drawn in YEARS. Also, I'm lousy with drawing hair,
so Chiko-Chiko helped
me out a bit. As you can probably tell. So, anyway, here it is:
Jecht
Critiques and comments are welcome.

Soon I'll be drawing yaoi like it's nothing! *runs*

feeling: headachy
listening to: nothing, actually
Since Chiko-Chiko went
back to AIM, I thought that I might as well go, too. I got a
new screenname because, frankly, I don't want go back to the old
one. It's full of people I no longer know, so I'm starting fresh.
My new screenname is KaksiSukkaa (because I'm an unimaginative
twit and most of the names I tried were already taken).
Currently my buddylist includes only Chiko-Chiko, so feel free
to stop by and say hi. I won't bite. Usually, anyway. That being
said, I'm online as we speak and will probably stay that way
for most of the day. Unless I get harrassed by weird people. D:
Had a dentist's appointment at 8:20 this morning. Bloody hell is
all I can say about that. I had to get up at 6:30am to be there
in time. On my summer holiday, too. Wak.
It wasn't a particularly pleasant appointment, either. They took
moulds of both my upper and lower teeth (which is HELLISH, I
tell you) and then I got X-rayed, as well. It wasn't my first
time at either, but that still doesn't mean I have to like it.
There's nothing terribly wrong with getting X-rayed, but I sure
as heck wouldn't die of misery if I never had to give moulds
again. The paste tastes bloody awful and they always manage to
mess it all over my face. Plus they always use "spoons" two
size too big for my mouth, which makes the already uncomfortable
situation intolerable. My gums are sore even as we speak. :/

And what do you mean, "Giant robots would not make a good

feeling: tired
listening to: Anngun - Snow On The Sahara
Sometimes people can be so annoying. I woke up at 9am this morning
to the phone ringing. I was finally fast asleep after having a
rather lousy night as far as sleep is concerned (and moreover, I
was in the middle of a dream about Gaara babysitting kids
on a playground! *insert very loud fangirly squeal here*). It
took me three rings to realize what the hell was going on, during
the forth I consider ignoring it and after the fifth I (stupidly)
scurry to answer it, thinking it might be mom with something
important. I manage to mumble something resembling my name into
the receiver, half expecting to hear mom ask if she woke me up.
To my shock, though, I hear a male voice introduce himself. My
blurry mind only picks up a name which I think belonged to a
magazine (and which I by now have forgotten) and the fact that
he's asking for mom. I'm like 'WTF?!' and seriously consider
biting the guy's head off. I snap that mom's not here and that
she can be reached here in the evening, after which I hang up.
Admittedly I was being slightly rude, but the moron interrupted
possibly the best sleep and definitely the greatest dream I've
had in weeks. You'd think he had the brains to know that since
it's Monday, mom will be at work, and if she's not, she would
still be sleeping, like I was. Jerk. :whitemushroom:
The weekend was pretty nice. I don't remember much about Saturday,
most likely because nothing special happened. Chiko-Chiko and I did stay up until 2am to
watch Blade, which in retrospect wasn't really worth it.
Mom and I were planning on planting all our seedlings, but since
it was so infernally rainy on Saturday, we decided to do it on
Sunday instead.
Enter a change of plans. Around noon our aunt gives us a call
and asks if we want to stop by at grandma's. It's a nice, sunny
day so we hop into the car and pop in unannounced. And boy, was
grandma ever pleased! She fed us to death with all her delicious
foods, as can be expected. We spent almost the entire day outside,
doing whatever. I made a garland of dandelions, originally meant
for Gaara (I'm silly, I know ^______^), but it ended up as
slightly too large, so I just hung it up over the cellar door.
We saw Kalle, grandma's cat, a couple times as he appeared as he
pleased. We also said hello to Killi, grandma's other cat, as
she was sprawling out in the sauna. Adorable little things, I
must say. :) We even persuaded Chiko-Chiko to participate in a
game of croquet, which turned out to be a lot of fun indeed.
Except for the part where Remu kept stealing our balls and
carrying them around in his mouth. That little pest. XP
Figures of course that I had to go and get burned. Well, almost
anyway. My upper back and shoulders are of an unhealthy shade of
red and are now somewhat sore. That's what happens on the rare
days of warm weather, when you get nothing but rain for days on
end most of the time. Luckily I was intelligent enough to wear
a hat, so I didn't get sunstruck (*sticks tongue out in Minna's general direction* ;P). But all in
all, it was an extremely enjoyable day. Even Chiko-Chiko spent
hours outside, which in itself is great since she's not really
an outdoor person. So major yayness at that. I can't wait 'til
Midsummer, so we'll get to go there again. Though with my
luck, it'll probably rain bucketloads. :/ But no matter. Summer
at grandma's is always special, whether it's sunny or not.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR YESTERDAY, MOM!! <3 j00! ^________^
w00t! Gaara will be in episode 37! NOSEBLEED! *boing boing boing*

Okay, so there were a little more than just "a few hairballs
here and there". Maybe it indeed was time someone gave this house
a cleaning. I wonder when was the last time someone vacuumed
here? :/
Chiko-Chiko is in all
bouncy now. I just donated my "Bridgman's Complete Guide To
Drawing From Life"-book to her because I never use it and it's
just collecting dust on my shelf. I was supposed to use it to
learn how to draw, but never got around to it. I suppose I've
given up hope of ever being good at drawing. ._. Anyway, I gave
it to Chiko-Chiko because she probably has more use for it than
I do. Or so she says. I'm not sure I believe her. ;D

listening to: Miiru snore
It's mom's birthday on Sunday. Go mom! I heard that our aunt is
going to bring grandma for a visit, but instead of Saturday (like
it was originally supposed to be), they're coming today. Which
means that Chiko-Chiko
and I will have to clean up the house. Argh. Have I ever mentioned
that I HATE cleaning up? Especially vacuuming. I think I'm going
to make Chiko-Chiko do that, so I can get away with just washing
the floors. XP Mom always makes such a big deal about cleaning,
anyway. What's a few hairballs here and there, ne? I wish people
would visit unannounced, so she wouldn't have time to make a fuss
about it. ¬_¬
I'm torn between putting up my new Gaara layout and sticking
with Naria & Eriya (figures I can't make an entry without talking
about Gaara. :geek:). I like both layouts very much and I'd hate to
change to a new one after having this one up only for about
a week or so. But then again, I'm so addicted to Gaara at the
moment that it feels weird not having something related to him
as a layout. Ahh, decisions decisions. :B

Check us out, this is what we call "fan service"! We show Gaara
for 15 minutes in one episode and then we'll never show him
again! To make things even better, we have him kick ass so you'd
be drooling for sure, but the next episode will of course be
about Naruto fishing in his undies, and there won't be even the
tiniest hint of Gaara ANYWHERE! Yay us! o^_^o
Yes, just watched Naruto ep 35 and there was indeed absolutely no
Gaara. Not even a tiny glimpse. Needless to say, that makes me
a sad panda. ;_;
Chiko-Chiko is having her
periods and it's making her grouchy. I swear, if the male gender
had to go through something similar, there would've been
an effective way to stop the pain invented decades ago. ¬_¬
I need my daily dosage of Gaara. I think I just might go and
watch ep 34. Again. ^_^ Speaking of which, I'm dying to have a
Gaara layout, but I like Naria and Eriya too much to change so
quickly. Whee, go me.
